Each VELUX roof window is stamped with a product code which shows the window type, size and variant (as illustated below)The four digit at the end of the code refers to the variant form, such as internal and external finishes or glazing options.
Using these standard codes makes it easier to order tailor-made VELUX blnds, flashings and other assocated products.
When ordering a VELUX blind it is important that you choose the correct blind for your VELUX window.
e.g. If your window type is GGL, then choose a blind with the same type code - if your window size is S06, then select the same window size code when ordering your blind. Size codes displayed on the website relate to the current codes that are in use, but previous sizes codes can be supplied and a summary of their equivalent current codes is as follows, previous codes being shown in rows 2 and 3:
